WEEK 34

March 14 2010.  6 Week till due date. This week baby Marko maybe anywhere between 17 to 19 inches in length and weigh more than four and a half pounds (honeydew).  At this stage in fetal development, baby could grow a full inch more this week alone,  especially if he is on the shorter side which he could be. I mean take a look at me and Toly..lol. Weight gain can range from a third more growth to a full doubling before the big debut.  The level of amniotic fluid in my uterus has reaches its maximum this week, Making it likely that I have more baby then fluid now.  That's one reason why I'm probably feeling lots of nudges and pushes, there's less liquid to cushion the blows.  But that just mean I'm even closer to see my baby Marko.

Monday had a Dr. Appointment and meet one of the Doctors, and to find out i used to watch her kids at daycare a few years ago.  Marko's heart beat was 160 BPM which was good and my belly measurements were good.  Then came home to Mom's house for breakfast, with my sisters and my amazing mother-in-law she came to see me and my parents that morning and for some breakfast.  Tuesday my nurse came to see me, my blood pressure was great like always and i gained another 2 pounds in the pasted 2 weeks which is good i guess.  Then i had my hair appointment with Yelena and she made me look beautiful as always.  Later that day was sign language class, then we all came down to my house for tea and a late dinner.  Wednesday Alina came over and we watched a movie had some tea and dessert.  Thursday me and Yelena went to the child birth class.  Yelena liked it, she said she learned a lot and can't wait for me to have Marko.  Friday I did a little shopping, went to a park for a walk and then to church.  Later me and Yelena went downtown, we walked around and got some dessert at out favorite coffee shop Old Europe which was pretty yummy.  I went to her house later that night to spend the night to go to the flea market in the morning.  Saturday morning we went to Smiley's Flea Market walked around and eat Mexican corn, later met up with Alina for brunch at J&S cafeteria.

WEEK 32

February 28th 2010.  8 weeks left, Marko is now the size of a lettuces head 17-18 inches and approximately 4 pounds, gaining almost 250 grams per week.  Baby Marko's movements become less intense.  But it doesn't mean at all that I can take a deep breath.  Kicks are still in the daily schedule, of course.  Only less often and they are less severe, too.  At this stage, in the 32nd week of pregnancy, this is absolutely normal, so I shouldn't worry.  Now in my uterus there is about 1 liter of amniotic fluid.  This capacity will gradually decrease, because baby Marko is growing.  Baby Marko is now practically fully formed, with all his organs ready to operate properly.  He keeps developing his immune system and increasing his body weight.  Around the 32nd week the weight increases rapidly.
