WEEK 23 (5 Months)
Happy New Year! 2011
December 27th. 120 days to go... Baby Mark is approximately 1.1 lb. and the length is about 8.7 to 10 inches. During the 23rd week of pregnancy the baby measures approximately 25 to 27 cm long from head to toe, but coiled into a ball it is about 10 cm shorter. From now on the baby will grow approx. 1 cm per week. It has been proven that at this stage the baby can hear my voice and some strong outside noises. It may be hard to believe but if baby Mark was delivered now, he would have a chance of surviving, now thats pretty amazing. My tummy is now really starting to sick out. I worry that I many never be the same again, but I guess its normal at this point of my pregnancy. I've been breaking out like crazy, a little mood swings are going on too. Still no craving for anything but food, which I was hoping I would get some, but nothing yet. My boob have gotten hugh but I'm just glad they are no longer soar. Lots of heart burn, soar back but i'm thankful for my wonderful husband that is here for me when I need a back rub! Baby Mark is been starting to kick more and more everyday, it is such an awesome feeling. Me and Toly can just lay in bed for hours feeling him kick, he is been listening to lots of Mozart music lately I think he likes it. This week was a boring nothing really happened but New Years. Me and Toly went out to eat to Cottonwood in downtown Asheville with out friends Olga and Alex Tikhonov. Which was ok not too great food took forever but good thing I was not really hungry. We got to count down to the New Year of 2011. Then went out walking around downtown and joined some more of Toly's friends and hung out. Laster in the night went to Grove Park Inn and hung out by the fire place. And ended the night with a movie. Hung out with my girls during the weekend which was lots of fun. We did a little shopping, played Monopoly for like 4 hours which brought back a lot of memories !

I looks small laying down... don't let that fool you.
